Workshop facilitator - organisational impact

Lead 1 or more workshops on different topics related to organisational impact
Wandsworth Voluntary Sector Co-ordination Project - is a two-year pilot that aims to help the voluntary section be stronger and better connected and acts as a link between the wider sector and both the Local Authority and local Clinical Commissioning Group CCG (NHS). The project aims to help the voluntary sector evidence what it can do to keep people healthy, both physically and mentally, as well as help the CCG identify where it might invest most effectively in the sector. The project also looks to share good practice across the sector and helps voluntary organisations to form partnerships amongst themselves and with the CCG.

Assist voluntary organisations working on physical and mental health related issues in Wandsworth to develop skills in evaluating the impact of their work through delivery of one, some, or all of a series of five workshops. These workshops, for up to 10 members of different voluntary organisations, will focus on (1) understanding local health and wellbeing priorities (2) how to provide evidence of the needs of their beneficiaries (3) how to define outcomes, develop appropriate indicators and capture evidence of their impact (4) how to write impact reports and (5) how to work effectively in partnership.

We're looking for one or more people to lead these workshops. Facilitators should have some experience in training and development of others, although not entirely necessary. Knowledge of the workshop subject area they are proposing to lead and some experience in their practical implementation is important. With support from the project coordinator, facilitators will be responsible for developing the workshop, creating the material, leading the session and conducting any follow-up needed. All workshops should be completed before December 2017 although the sooner the better!
